Austin is a corporate lawyer based in the firm’s Nottingham office with specialist expertise in MBO's, corporate acquisitions and reorganisations.
Austin carries out the full range of corporate transactional work including mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He is Chairman of the Education and Training Committee of Nottinghamshire Law Society.
Advises on the sale of software group 360 Scheduling to Swedish services group IFS.
Advised on the acquisition of a waste management business.

Advised on development capital investment for Exco Intouch.
Austin plays the drums in a band (still gigging after 30 years). He also enjoys golf, skiing and other outdoor pursuits. He likes spending time with his family.
