Acted for a claimant in a complex partnership dispute. Interim relief was obtained. We then brought a successful negligence claim against the client's former lawyers.

Acted for an overseas client in a high value breach of contract case regarding the supply of goods, which resulted in a successful outcome following a lengthy trial.

Acted for a building society in relation to a high value professional negligence claim involving a large portfolio of properties against a firm of valuers.

Acted for a claimant in a claim against a firm of accountants who it was alleged gave negligent tax advice and a firm of accountants who it was alleged negligently performed an audit.
