Craig does also carry out some high value residential conveyancing work often linked into offshore corporate structures based in various jurisdictions worldwide.
Acted for offshore company in acquisition of residential property in North London for £15 million involving offshore jurisdictions; Cyprus, Isle of Man and Caymans, foreign clients and Swiss bank providing part finance.
Completed a deal for a major bank in lending £25 million to a School Trust to enable the trust to purchase the freehold reversion of the school's campus in Leicestershire. The deal was completed within seven days of receipt of the bank's instructions.

Disposal of a medical centre in excess of £8 million involving complex tenancy structure.
Craig plays golf, tries to keep fit, travels extensively when possible and is very much involved in the upbringing of his three grandchildren.
