Gareth heads the corporate team in Leicester and advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, MBO/MBI and private equity.
He is also a member of the firms East Midland's banking team.
Experience
As well as advising owners and management teams, Gareth has developed a specialism in acting for funders of corporate deals including banks and asset-based lenders.
His clients include large international Plc's and household names to financial institutions and SMEs.
Successes
Gareth led the firm's successful presentation to China's third largest car manufacturer Changan who were looking to appoint UK lawyers in relation to its UK operations.
He advised on a large multi-million pound refinancing and restructuring of a well-known national retailer.
Interests
He supports Leicester Tigers and Leeds United. He enjoys cookery and the jazz guitar.
