Gerry is a specialist planning lawyer advising on all aspects of town planning law, including compulsory purchase. He is head of the firm's planning team in England.
Gerry has considerable experience of advising both public and private sector clients on all aspects of planning law and in particular major mixed use developments on brownfield sites.
He also advises upon, negotiates and drafts complex planning and infrastructure agreements.
Advising clients on the strategic promotion of residential sites for up to 1300 dwellings each on sites in Shropshire and Rugby.
Advising Hoathtree Limited in obtaining planning permission on appeal for the development of 123 dwellings and nine commercial units at Evesham.
Advising Malvern Hills District Council in the making of a Listed Building Compulsory Purchase Order in respect of a grade one listed building.
Advised Advantage West Midlands in respect of its involvement with Eastside (Birmingham) and Ansty (Rugby).
Gerry enjoys mountain biking, swimming and rugby. He also enjoys gardening.
