Graeme is head of the corporate restructuring and insolvency practice in Scotland. He specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency work advising banks and corporates.
Graeme also undertakes corporate and private equity transactional and advisory work.
He has expertise in sports law, having acted as the lead advisor in establishing The Scottish Premier League. Prior to joining the firm, Graeme worked as the in-house Counsel at a family investment office.
Acting for all major banks on various restructuring projects.
Acting in the administrations of a subsidiary of a listed company, a property investment/development company (exposure +£150 million) and Imagine Homes.
Acting for a significant pawnbroker, Ramsdens Financial, on various acquisitions.
Graeme enjoys golf, tennis, squash, rugby and skiing. He also enjoys motorbikes.
