Advised Silverdell Plc on its acquisitions of A.H Allen Limited and RDS Asbestos Management Consultants (UK) Limited.
Advised Wolsey on its acquisition of Wolsey Scandinavia AB.
Advised Lafarge Aggregates Limited in relation to its acquisition and disposal of Readymix Concrete businesses.
Advised Salts Healthcare Limited on its acquisition of UCI Healthcare Limited.
Advised BDO LLP in relation to the recommended offer by Concentia Capital Limited for the share capital of Imagesound Plc.
Advised Titan Europe Plc on matters included in its IPO reverse takeover of Italtractor ITM SPA and secondary issues.
Acted for Key Technologies Plc on its admission to InvestBx and its subsequent acquisition of the business of Primetake Limited by way of reverse takeover.
Katie's interests include music, skiing and travel. Katie is the Vice-Chair of the board of governors at the Sixth Form College, Solihull, is a former governor at Hockley Heath Primary School and was, until July 2011, a Trustee of the Birmingham Children's Hospital Charities.
