Experience

Since arriving at the firm in 2008, Louise has developed a very high profile case load including dealing with the fraud of a national firm of insolvency practioners, advising the administrators of MK Airlines during its trading period and solvent exit from adminstration and advising clearing banks on their security and recovery options.

Louise also advises in relation to Missing Trader Intra Community frauds including obtaining freezing injunctions and advising on recovery options and strategies in various jurisdictions including Europe, Dubai, Hong Kong, Curacao and the British Virgin Islands.
