Mario has practiced pensions law since 1980 and is a leading pensions partner with many years' experience working on the full range of pensions issues.

Experience

Mario is co-author of the first six editions of Tolley's Pensions Law Handbook and has been a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers since its inception in 1984.

• Day to day advice to pension scheme trustees on their powers, duties and obligations.
  
• Clearance applications to, and generally liaising with, the Pensions Regulator.
  
• Regulated apportionment arrangement and liaising with the Pension Protection Fund.

Interests

Mario enjoys playing golf. He also assists his brother with running a vineyard in Italy.
