Norman is a former chief executive of Wolverhampton City Council and is a former chief executive of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and the Housing Corporation.
He now advises public bodies and private sector firms selling into the public sector. He personally advises local authorities and non-departmental public bodies on strategic policy and transformational issues.
Norman sits on the Advisory Body of the Almhouse Association, the Advisory Board of the Institute of Public Management at Warwick University and is former chairman of the Association of Local Authority Chief Executives.
