Steve has acted for a range of large PLC and privately owned companies in a variety of disputes including commercial contracts, professional negligence, injunctions, partnerships and warranties in sale and purchase agreements.

Over the last few years much of Steve's work has concentrated on enforcing various restrictive covenants. He has also been involved in several "team move" type cases.
