Leicester law firm HBJ Gateley Wareing has appointed solicitor Claire Herbert to its commercial dispute resolution team. Two further new members of staff also join the firm in the city.
Claire has worked in the dispute and litigation field for more than nine years and is an ex-chair of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) Nottingham branch. She will be working as part of the firm’s commercial dispute resolution team. She says: ‘I am delighted to be joining such an established team and look forward to working together with Chris Greenwell and other colleagues to offer our East Midlands clients an unrivalled local legal service.’
Claire is also being joined in Leicester by newly qualified employment solicitor Jenny Colver and trainee solicitor Chris Flanders. Jenny says: ‘HBJ Gateley Wareing is a great place in which to develop your career and I’m excited to now be working in such a well respected field as employment law. As a trainee with HBJ Gateley Wareing and now a newly qualified solicitor, I know how important it is to focus on excellent client care, especially in the employment field. The three new recruits are part of the continuing development of HBJ Gateley Wareing in Leicester. The national firm now has eight offices across the UK and in Dubai and recently opened a new office in Manchester to complement its existing network. The firm currently has 140 partners, 800 staff and has a projected turnover for 2011 of £65 million.
