Gateley advises Peninsula Business Services in Irish acquisition

A team from the Manchester office of Gateley – the top 50, national law firm – has acted on behalf of Peninsula Business Services Ltd in its acquisition of the employment law and compliance divisions of Graphite HRM. The deal was led by Charles Glaskie, partner in the corporate division.

Headquartered in Dublin, the divisions provide human resources updates and training, contracts and policy handbooks for approximately 600 clients. It is the second acquisition for Peninsula in two months, following its purchase of Health Assured in October, which Gateley also advised on.

The deal will successfully complement its existing services in Ireland and provide Peninsula with the opportunity to develop its business further.”
