HBJ Gateley social housing team achieves Legal 500 top tier for fourth year running

The social housing and regeneration team at HBJ Gateley has been given a top tier ranking in the Legal 500 directory for the fourth year in a row.

The team, led by partner Heather Pearson, received strong praise again in the directory which stated: “Clients always receive a high level of service from Heather Pearson’s team.”

Heather said: “This is a great achievement for the team and for the firm as a whole. The consistently high rating we have received is a result of the very hard work of everyone in the team in maintaining the highest levels of service and quality of legal advice for our clients.”

In August, Heather and her team advised Tweed Homes on the first project under the Scottish Government 's new National Housing Trust (NHT) scheme to deliver and manage 51 new mid market housing units in the Borders.
