Andy works in commercial real estate including site acquisitions, project funding, negotiation, preparation and procurement of construction documentation, development agreements, forward sale and letting agreements, joint venture agreements, franchising and insolvency related conveyancing.

Successes

Acted on behalf of a Consortium at Rosyth Europarc in the acquisition, development and letting of the former Rosyth Naval Base, Fife.

Acting on behalf of New Tollcross (HBOS subsidiary) in the preparation, negotiation and completion of procurement documentation in respect of the construction of Princess Exchange, a 200,000 sq.ft. office block in Edinburgh and thereafter in respect of the forward funding, the sale of the development to Crown Estate Commissioners and the leasing back of the development to the HBoS as its new corporate headquarters in Scotland.

Acting on behalf of Evans of Leeds in the acquisition, development and letting of Ferrymuir, South Queensferry, a mixed development of retail, hotel, leisure and office use.
