Carrie is dual qualified and has expertise in a wide range of real estate work including commercial leasing, property finance, licensing and property tax.

Experience

Carrie's specialisms include retail leasing and portfolio management for a number of clients with UK-wide property interests including BT, Senergy, Virgin Media Limited and Ramsdens Financial Limited and she has a keen interest in all matters real estate tax related.

Successes

Acting for Virgin Media Limited in respect of 2009 lettings in Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Acting for Royal Bank of Scotland in respect of funding of Whinstane LLP's acquisition of George House, George Street, Edinburgh.

Acting for BT in relation to the completion of the Project Warren project (a complex financial engineering exercise).

Acting for Senergy Alternative Energy Limited in respect of the sublease of Stockbridge House, Quayside, Newcastle.

Interests

Carrie enjoys playing golf and is a keen member of Gullane Ladies Golf Club. She is an enthusiastic amateur chef and is a member of Historic Scotland and the National Trust for Scotland.
