Dean is a partner in the real estate team. Primarily a development lawyer, he has been involved in a number of complex tax-driven schemes, joint ventures and construction projects for public sector bodies and private property companies and developers.

experience

Dean has experience of all aspects of commercial real estate practice including development, institutional investment, portfolio management and real estate finance. Latterly, he has acted on a number of development schemes for and against national food retailers and increasingly on mixed-use regeneration schemes with a care home or other health-led element.

He is a member of Pro-Manchester and the Forum for the Built Environment.
