Frazer is a member of the construction team. He specialises in drafting and negotiating agreements for major infrastructure projects and providing construction and facilities management advice on behalf of contractors, FM providers, developers and public sector clients.
Frazer has also worked as an in-house legal adviser for a major UK building and facilities management contractor and prior to becoming a lawyer was a practising civil engineer.
He has been active in a wide range of sectors including PFI/PPP, transportation, waste and renewable energy. In particular, he regularly advises a number of FM providers.
Frazer is a part-time lecturer and tutor in construction law.
Advising a waste management company in respect of the design, construction and commissioning of a £70 million mechanical biological treatment plant and associated waste transfer stations for a major PFI project.
Advising the successful Design, Build and Facilities Management Contractor in respect of its bid for a ten year DBFO concession for three schools on Orkney.
Advising the stadium owner in respect of procurement of maintenance services for the new Wembley Stadium.
Advising the main infrastructure contractor on its sub-contracting strategy in respect of a £500 million tram project in Edinburgh.
Advising construction and FM Contractors on numerous PFI projects in helath, education and transport sectors.
Frazer enjoys both playing and watching football. He also enjoys travelling.
