Expertise
Gareth is Senior Partner in our Leicester office and heads the Corporate team. He regularly advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and private equity investments.
He is also a board member of the Leicestershire Business Voice.
Experience
As well as advising clients on deals, Gareth is the Relationship Partner for a number of the larger corporate clients of the firm.
He is also the representative for the charity, Leicestershire Cares.
Successes
Gareth has been instrumental in the growth of the Leicester office which now acts for 5 of the top 20 companies in Leicestershire.
Recently advised the management team of a large well known national retailer on the sale of the group to a US investment fund.
Interests
He supports Leicester Tigers and Leeds United. He enjoys cookery and the jazz guitar.
