Our Corporate team advises public and private companies, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate matters including business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, public markets, corporate governance, private equity, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and provides a company secretarial service.
The Corporate team has over 80 lawyers, including more than 30 Partners offering strength in depth and extensive transactional experience across the UK and overseas. In each of the last four years, we have acted on over 200 transactions.
