We have a dedicated and experienced Private Equity team that relishes the challenge of acting on all types of investment and divestment. We regularly act for management teams, private equity houses and banks and pride ourselves on understanding the latest market practice and commercial drivers for each party.

The Private Equity team’s main aim is to deliver a transaction on time and in budget, and afterwards, to support the business through its private equity lifecycle. We are also keen to help to put deals together and, where we think it will be useful, to introduce our clients and contacts to each other to help them do business together.
