With ten leading Partners across nine offices supported by a growing team, we can advise on the full range of human resources issues. From day to day HR, strategic policy development and planning, training, Tribunal representation (including the Employment Appeal Tribunal), through to TUPE and transactional advice, we have the expertise you need.

Our client base includes household names, multinational companies and owner led businesses from the private sector together with public sector organisations. In addition, we have built a strong reputation for advising senior executives on entry and exit arrangements providing a holistic service, including advising on pensions, shares, share options and tax issues where appropriate.

We offer a Partner-led service, priding ourselves on our speed of delivery. Our focus is on providing solutions for clients in a practical and pragmatic manner. Working with clients to understand their business is key to our service provision. We support our clients by running a series of seminars and workshops throughout the year to ensure they are kept up to date with legislation and case law developments. In addition, we also provide our clients with the opportunity to meet and share experience with other HR professionals having founded HRXchange, a networking forum for HR professionals.

We have a variety of different methods of service delivery and costings all designed to help you. For example, we can offer a retainer service with fully underwritten legal expenses insurance and/or a fixed cost web-based service. This provides HR professionals with access via the web to a precedent bank of HR documents and guides, all of which can be downloaded and printed. We are always happy to tailor our service to meet your individual needs and will work with you to find the right solution for you.
