Piggy bank for pensions

The need for specialist pensions advice continues to grow as companies seek to better understand and manage their pension liabilities and trustees seek to cope with ever increasing regulation and responsibilities.

Our Pensions team is ideally placed to help. We have many years’ experience of advising employers, trustees, pension providers and financial institutions on the full range of pensions law issues. In addition to providing day-to-day advice on the running of pension schemes, our services include drafting scheme documents and advising on issues such as scheme mergers, liability management exercises and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. We also deal with pensions disputes such as Pensions Ombudsman complaints.

We tailor our services to your needs and provide clear advice which takes into account your wider commercial circumstances. We also work closely with our colleagues in other teams (such as Corporate and Employment) so that we can draw on their expertise when appropriate, ensuring that we provide you with a full and seamless service.

The firm also has its own corporate trustee company, Entrust Pensions Limited, which acts as an independent trustee for a wide range of occupational pension schemes. Entrust is operated by members of the firm's Pensions team.
