We act for a number of national high street brands as well as local and regional retailers and are retained by them to advise on all aspects of property work.

Most retailers tell us that property is essential to their business because traditional 'bricks and mortar' retailing requires floorspace to drive sales. However property is also a significant cost to our clients as well as a potential liability. Our approach is to build close relationships with our clients so we become part of their team.
